Standards of Practice (Course 1): GRI 101, 102, and 103 are each a 15-hour course with a 1.5-hour exam approved for 8 hours of continuing education specialty credit or 15 hours of sales associate post licensing credit per module.

 Module GRI 101 also carries 3 hours of Core Law credit, 3 hours of Ethics & Business Practices credit and meets the NAR Code of Ethics requirement.

                                       **********Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows**********

• Member must have an active credit card on file in order to take this designation with our association.
• Member must sign an agreement to allow the Association to charge the member's credit card any no-show fee associated with this class if the member fails to cancel within the required time period. 
• Member may cancel registration no later than 48 business hours before the date of the class. 
• Cancelation must be in writing and sent via email to education@osceola-realtors.com. A confirmation receipt will be sent to member. If the member does not receive confirmation email, 
        it is the member's responsibility to follow up with the education department.
• Refund of Education Vouchers will be issued for registration amount for cancellation received seven or more business days prior to class date. 
• A $100 no-show fee will be automatically be accessed to a member's credit card if the member fails to cancel within 48 hours to the start of the class.
